We double distill this in a pot still like a brandy. In fact, this is a component of our Wagner's Northern Threat. Double direct-fired pot distilled from locally grown corn (75%) and rye (25%) gives the corn whiskey a full-bodied texture and more richness of flavors than traditional moonshines.
