We distill this exactly as if we were making bourbon. In fact this is our Wagner’s Bourbon without barrel aging. Double direct-fired pot distilled from locally grown corn (75%) and rye (25%). Double pot distillation gives the corn whiskey a full bodied texture and more richness of flavors compared to a column or “thumper” distillation technique more typical for moonshine.
