The core of this whiskey is a barrel aged double ‘direct fired pot’ distilled malt whiskey from our own floor maltings. We then add our Empire Rye and Bourbon whiskies from Hudson valley grown oak barrels and a touch of our AZ spirit to complete this complex whiskey. A masterpiece of blending. Finally it is solera aged (started in 2018) in a 3500-liter oval red wine foudre.
