100 proof plum brandy from locally harvested fruit. We use 5 varieties of plums in making this spirit to maximize its complexity. Slow distilled at high proof captures the flavor profile but yields a clean spirit that’s very smooth even over-proofed. A beautiful brandy that captures the plum orchard in August.  Only available directly from Stoutridge.
