RYEmpire 100 proof 700ml
Locally grown grains: 80% rye, 20% corn in the mash bill, then into barrels at a low 112 proof, old school. Aged 30 months in Hudson River valley grown white oak barrels. Smooth. Then into a 5000 liter oak oval Barolo wine cask from Italy. We remove 90 liters to bottle, and add a 90 liter barrel of our rye to top it off. The average age of the whiskey gets older and older and older. Priceless!
