The foundation of our single malt rests on double pot distilled malt whiskey production from our own on-site malt house's floor maltings. Thus the 'Root' designation for our oldest and we think our best single malt yet.

'Bottled in Bond' is defined by the US Government as a minimum of 4 years old with ALL of the whiskey distilled, barreled and bottled at a single distillery in a single season. Only available directly from Stoutridge.
