A blend of our ‘Kirschwasser’ cherry eau de vie made with local cherries and our ‘WW light’ grain whiskey. Both the whiskey and the kirsch are made at 170 proof off the still for seamless blending. A whiskey made at 170 proof is called light whiskey by US government regulation and doesn’t indicate it’s taste. Our “Oriole” series spirits harken back to colonial times when the blending of wine and beer distillates was common.  Only available directly from Stoutridge.
