NY Straight Bourbon 50ml
Double direct-fired pot distilled from locally grown corn (75%) and rye (25%). Aged in barrels made from locally grown white oak. The local oak is key. Because of the difficulty of the growing conditions for White Oak in the Hudson Valley, the trees produce more resins and gums within the wood structure. These resins and gums produce a softer, fruiter flavor profile compared to cellulose when charred. It’s very easy to taste the difference in this Bourbon whiskey.
