In southern central Turkey, known for millennia as Anatolia, grow huge gardens of flowers and herbs. Known especially for their spearmint and lavender, we decided to make a mastic liqueur to capture this amazing flavor duo. One of the great things about the pistachio tree sap know as mastic is it’s strong antioxidant and flavor fixing qualities. Unlike many liqueurs, mastic captures the delicate flavors of flowers, spices, and herbs. Here the mint shines, the lavender perfectly preserved.  Only available directly from Stoutridge.
