A Genever style gin using galangal root as the flavor theme. The name is from the Lubelskie province in Poland where they infuse their local vodka with galangal. We finished ours in an ex Laphroaig scotch whiskey barrel as the peat smoke flavor forms a magical pairing with the spicy and earthy gin.
