Gaiete Francais is a recipe from the mid 1800’s Paris during the zenith of liqueur production quality. Many of these old recipes don’t translate to modern times because of the difficulty or the cost of production. We’ve managed to recreate this one which features Mace and Rose, and what a beauty it is! Intense and rich yet beautifully delicate and nuanced. Add a little to any cocktail for a French twist.
