A hybrid of French style Eau de Vie and Italian style Grappa. We used an extended skin contact fermentation method on native American white grapes to make an ‘orange wine’. Then distilled slowly at high proof to render a complexly flavored but very clean style of Eau de Vie. Aged in glass demijohn.  Only available directly from Stoutridge.
