This 4 year old bourbon-style whiskey cannot be called bourbon (or rye) by federal law because it is crafted from a 50/50 corn/rye mash. Aged in oak sourced from the southern US, this whiskey has that familiar oak flavor many associate with a well-made bourbon. The label features a picture of the grain silo’s of the “West Wind” farm where the grain is sourced near Saratoga NY.
