An extended stay in neutral large barrels has given this wine the qualities of a French Tavel rosé.  Very toned down fruitiness and rich barrel and mineral notes combine to make this a wine that will stand up straight through dinner with no need to switch to a red.  Full bodied, vibrant and delicious!  Unfined and Unfiltered.  Only available directly from Stoutridge.
